Jeff Jeannette
Principal, Lead Architect & Designer

Jeff Jeannette founded Jeannette Architecture in 2000. He understands the delicate balance between the built structure and its impact on the environment. Jeff is a Certified Green Building Professional (CGBP) through Build it Green, affiliated with the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), The American Institute of Architects (AIA), a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB) and is licensed in California and Nevada.

Jeff began his career in the field framing homes; gaining a balanced understanding of connections, details, and how homes are built. His early construction knowledge makes him a more creative and well rounded architect, both in design and detailing.

Receiving his architectural degree from the University of Arizona in 1994, Jeff now specializes in custom residential architectural design for new homes and remodels. He'll listen intently to your desires and goals, while working with you to develop a home in which you and your family will feel comfortable living.

Laura Sanders
Senior Project Manager

Laura joined Jeannette Architects in 2007 and is in a Project Management position. Working alongside Jeff, she assists with design, production, job coordination as well as client interaction. She develops Jeff’s Schematic Design and Meeting sketches, drafting the Preliminary Design drawings in AutoCAD. Laura collaborates closely with Alison, assuring Jeff's design intentions are followed through in the final drawing set. She also interacts with the contractors for field questions as they arise during construction.

Graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Roger Williams University, Rhode Island in 2004, Laura spent a semester abroad in Florence, Italy immersing herself in Italian culture and architectural forms. Many of the historical and modern-day buildings have shaped her design concepts and process.

Laura enjoys learning and integrating green systems into our homes. She has an extensive history in residential architecture and is in the examination stages to secure her Architectural License; her ultimate professional goal.

Alison Young
Architect, Senior Project Manager

Alison joined our team in 2011 providing assistance in the areas of Design, Technical Drafting, Project and Client Coordination.

Now, a licensed architect and Project Manager, Alison sketches the initial designs, and manages projects through drafting and construction. She interacts with clients for the completion of project documents and plan check approvals.

With a 2006 Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Southern California and years of firsthand experience in both residential and commercial, Alison is a key member of our firm.

Stephanie Osorio
Architect, Senior Project Manager

Stephanie Osorio joined Jeannette Architects in 2015 and is a licensed architect and LEED accredited professional with over 9 years of experience in California-based architecture firms. She has a wide breadth of experience in the building industry including design, construction, non-profit development, teaching, and Revit consulting. Her excellent communication skills and proven design ability has led her to excel in the position of Project Manager.

Stephanie is involved in all areas of the job including client interaction, design, consultant coordination, production, and scheduling. While her experience ranges from single family residential to multi-family housing, K-12 schools, and commercial work, her passion is in single family residential design. The relationship built with you is just as important to her as the built design of your home.

Stephanie has her Bachelor’s degree from Temple University in Philadelphia and a Master of Architecture from the University of Oregon. She is also an active member in the American Institute of Architects, US Green Building Council, and the California Architect’s Board.

Allie Schieble
Architect, Project Manager

Allie joined Jeannette Architects in the fall of 2013. As a licensed architect, she leads the process of producing documents necessary for city approvals and construction. Her work includes: coordinating with clients and consultants, design development, drafting construction documents in accordance with established standards, submitting drawings to approval agencies and reviewing bids for content and accuracy.

Allie graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and went on to earn her Graduate Degree in Architecture from Virginia Tech.

With previous work experience on the commercial side of architecture, she is excited about the personal connection of residential design and looks forward to working with you on your home.

Danielle Zunzunegui
Job Captain

Danielle joined the firm in the spring of 2014. She performs site research for projects, generates construction documents, and coordinates with clients & consultants in preparation for city approval.

Since earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2009, she spent years working for a structural engineering firm, becoming familiar with residential building in the San Francisco Bay Area.

As she returns to architecture, she aspires to secure her architectural license and looks forward to honing her skills and broadening her knowledge of the diverse architectural styles that the Southern California climate supports.

Charlene Isada

Charlene joined us in the summer of 2017. She conducts site research & assistance in all areas of the job including drafting, 3D modeling, plan check review and coordinating with clients & consultants.

Charlene received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine and went on to earn her Master of Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc). She spent a semester studying abroad in Switzerland, which has influenced her passion for contemporary yet timeless architecture.

While working toward her licensure, she incorporates her background in residential architecture and 3D rendering into all her work. She enjoys the collaboration of ideas in the design process and looks forward to designing all types of architectural styles.

Nancy Solis

Nancy joined our firm in spring of 2015 to help with initial client interaction and office coordination and just may be the one to answer your phone call! Nancy works closely with Jeff coordinating potential client relations and assists in the day to day operations of Jeannette Architects. When you walk in our office, she’ll greet you with a smile and prepare you for your visit.

Having graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, Nancy enjoys working with children and will listen carefully to your needs. She has a strong appreciation for architecture and has enjoyed getting to know the workings of residential architecture. She’s always willing to learn and take on new functions benefiting the firm and our relationship with our clients.
